With many years in the wind industry, we can draw on our extensive knowledge and experience. Therefore, with us you get professional knowledge and support; we know the Nordex wind turbine inside out and can quickly assess the status of your turbine.

Professional servicing of Nordex wind turbines

Once you’re enrolled in our service program, you can expect:

Biannual visit – small service
Annual – great service
20-year visit

With regular visits from us, we can nip issues in the bud before they become an unmanageable expense for you.

When we have visited your wind turbine for a service visit, you will receive a full service report stating our findings and the work completed.

Our service program guidelines

At Decowicon, the general guidelines for the service program are:

We always inform you as the owner of the wind turbine before we perform service on your turbine.
If a repair can safely wait until the next service visit, we will do that to make sure you are not billed for extra working hours.
We are aware that you being the owner of the wind turbine disposes of its operation, service, maintenance and repairs, as long as the maintenance takes place within the applicable requirements and rules.
We make sure that bolts are tightened only with the prescribed torque and only at temperatures above 0°
We carry out random checks on 5% of the bolts in the turbine, which are selected in the service report. If it turns out that one or more bolts are loose, we make sure that all bolts in that part of the wind turbine are tightened.
